«از همان سال اول دستیاری برای خودم هدف گذاشتم که رتبه یک تا سه بورد شوم.» این را «دکتر جوادزیرجدی باقرپور» به طب شریف میگوید: «در سال اول کشیکها خیلی سنگین بود و نمیشد درس خواند و ما معمولا نزدیک آزمون ارتقا میخواندیم که فقط پاس شود. هدف بزرگی داشتم و باید تلاش بیشتری میکردم. ساعت ۷ و نیم صبح مطالعه خود را در کتابخانه شروع میکردم و تا ساعت ۱۱ و ۱۲ شب مطالعه مستمر داشتم و تست هم میزدم که در اینجا جا دارد تشکر ویژه از موسسه رهپویان شریف داشته باشم. چون من فقط کتابهای رهپویان شریف را استفاده کردم، بسیار خوب بودند و نتیجه هم گرفتم و رتبه دوم بورد شدم.»
از نظر او اصلیترین ویژگی یک برنامه این است که منطقی و قابل انجام باشد: «من نمیتوانم برنامه بریزم و بگویم میخواهم در یک ماه کل کتاب شوارتز را بخوانم. این شدنی نیست. کسی که میگوید در یک ماه یک دور میخوانم، اولا نمیتواند و ثانیا در پایان ماه میبیند که فقط ۳۰ درصد هدف را خوانده و روحیه او خراب و در واقع گیج و سردرگم میشود.»
دکتر باقرپور تصریح میکند: «کسی که میخواهد رتبه بیاورد، باید ۱۰ روز منتهی به امتحان مرور کند. اگر داوطلب یک مطلب را مرور نکرده باشد، با ۸۰ درصد اطمینان میگویم که نمیتواند حتی یک سوال خیلی معمولی از آن مبحث را هم جواب دهد. چون حافظه انسان به این شکل است. وقتی حجم امتحان این قدر زیاد است، باید با حافظه کوتاه مدت سوالات را جواب داد.»
