سیستم آموزش TBL چیست؟
سالهاست که در سراسر جهان از سیستم آموزشی (Team Based Learning) TBL خصوصا کشورهایی مانند ژاپن استفاده می شود و هدف از آن، حضور موثر تمام کاربران در فراید یادگیری است. در این سیستم، تکالیف مشخصی به اعضا داده می شود و ایشان سعی می کنند که با انجام تکالیف، نتایج را در اختیار سایر اعضای گروه بگذارند. مهمترین مزایای این روش مطالعاتی شامل: کاهش زمان مطالعه فردی، رفع اشکال دایمی توسط سایر اعضا، تثبیت بهتر مطالب در حافظه، پاسخ به سوالات کاربران توسط یکدیگر و مهمتر از همه نظارت، ارزیابی و منتورینگ توسط اساتید زبده است. این برنامه آموزشی که با سنجش RPI تکمیل شده و یک برنامه جامع آموزشی برای داوطلبین محترم آزمون های ارتقاء و بورد است در رشته های رادیولوژی، زنان، جراحی عمومی، روانپزشکی، ارتوپدی، بیهوشی، قلب، عفونی، اطفال، داخلی و ENT ارائه شده است.

برگزاری TBL دستیاری
موسسه رهپویان شریف بعنوان پرچمدار این حوزه قصد دارد برای اولین بار در تاریخ آموزش پزشکی ایران در سطح رزیدنتی، اقدام به دایر نمودن کارگروه های مجازی آمادگی بورد تخصصی نماید تا خلاء موجود در آموزش دستیاران را رفع نموده و به ایشان کمک کند تا بتوانند راحت تر از گذشته برای یکی از سرنوشت سازترین آزمونهای حوزه پزشکی آماده شوند. این کارگروه ها از ابتدای دیماه 1400 در 18 رشته آغاز به کار نموده و برای هر کارگروه از حضور یکی از اساتید صاحبنام و باتجربه بعنوان منتور بهره می برد. در این کارگروه ها، ضمن پاسخگویی به سوالات در طول ماه، در انتهای هر ماه نیز با برگزاری مجموعه کلاسهای رفع اشکال اقدام به پاسخگویی سوالات دستیاران خواهند نمود. ویدیوی این کلاسها و مجموعه سوالات و پاسخها بهمراه سایر مستندات ضبط و تدوین خواهد شد تا دستیاران گرامی بتوانند آنرا بارها مرور کنند. حضور در کارگروه ها رایگان است و داوطلبین می توانند بدون پرداخت هزینه سوالات خود را از اساتید بپرسند و از مستندات کارگروه ها استفاده کنند لیکن با توجه به اینکه برگزاری کلاسها شامل هزینه های جاری است، مبالغی برای آن درنظر گرفته شده که سعی می شود تا جای ممکن زیاد نباشد.

نحوه برگزاری:
- جهت سهولت داوطلبان، از پلتفرم عمومی تلگرام برای تشکیل کارگروه ها استفاده خواهد شد تا نیازی به نصب اپلیکیشن خاصی نداشته باشند و به آسانی بتوانند از آن استفاده کنند.
- در ابتدای هر ماه، برخی سرفصلهای رفرنس جهت مطالعه اعلام می شود تا داوطلبین به مطالعه آنها پرداخته و چنانچه سوالی داشتند با ادمین کارگروه مطرح کنند. (این سرفصلها منطبق با کتب کیمیای موسسه رهپویان شریف نیز هست و داوطلبینی که قبلا کتب کیمیا را تهیه کرده اند می توانند آنرا مطالعه نمایند)
- هر گروه یک نفر ادمین حضور خواهد داشت که سوالات را از حاضرین در کارگروه جمع آوری کرده و به استاد می دهد تا پس از پاسخگویی توسط استاد، جوابها را در کارگروه قرار دهد.
- در پایان هر دوره، آزمونی از همان فصولی که اعلام شده بود (مطابق نظر استاد) اخذ می شود تا دستیاران گرامی بتوانند میزان آمادگی خود را محک زده و نقاط ضعف ود را رفع نمایند. این آزمونها محدودیتی از نظر دفعات شرکت در آن را نداشته و هر بار برای داوطلبین کارنامه مجزا صادر می شود. همچنین پاسخنامه تشریحی-تحلیلی نیز در اختیار داوطلبین قرار خواهد گرفت (این بند شامل تهیه اشتراک است).
- در پایان هر ماه، پکیج هایی از سوالاتی که پرسیده شده بهمراه پاسخها تهیه شده و جهت حفظ امنیت، از طریق اپلیکیشن موسسه در اختیار داوطلبین قرار خواهد گرفت. همچنین کلاس رفع اشکال نیز در همین محیط برگزار شده و ضبط خواهد شد و پس از تدوین در اختیار دستیاران قرار می گیرد (این بند شامل تهیه اشتراک است).
